About Us

Fantastic Gymnastics was established in 2012 at Parua Bay School, as an after-school club.  Our membership grew so much that in 2013 we moved to the Parua Bay Community Centre so we could continue to grow and purchase more apparatus to add to our programmes.  

The club ran as a private business for 4 years offering recreational, advanced and pre-school programmes.  Thanks to the generosity of Kerikeri Gymnastics Club, who allowed us to be a satellite club, we were able to offer competitive gymnastics.

In January 2017 we became an Incorporated Society so that gymnastics in our beautiful area would always be available to our community.  We have a wonderful development programme for new coaches and judges so that those who grow in our care can stay involved long after they put away their leotard and guards. 

Today we have an amazing team of people including dedicated coaches and judges and a wonderful committee, whose help and support continue to allow us to grow and offer experiences for life in and out of the gym for all those involved.
